3. Membership of the movement is not fixed. But anyone can fix its membership, irrespective of any race, nationality, religion, nationality, property, health status, age, profession, education, country, place of residence.
4. The relationship between members of the movement should be higher, better and stronger than those between relatives. This places the responsibility to have a high, cosmic consciousness, a high spiritual level.
